Joel has been a licensed Realtor for over 24 years. In that time, he has gained valuable expertise to represent his clients at the highest level. He has extensive experience in residential home sales, residential land development, and new construction home sales.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Joel owned and managed a brokerage in Washington and Oregon before moving to Arizona in 2017 and opening Stalder Real Estate. Through the course of his career, he has had a hand in making sure hundreds of clients have had successful transactions and received the highest level of service.
Joel lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Andrea and their two sons, Indiana (9) and James (3).

Andrea has been a real estate broker in Arizona since 2018.
Throughout her career in real estate, she has worked extensively as a transaction coordinator, gaining in-depth experience of real estate contracts, timelines, and all the details that are essential to a successful purchase or sale. She also has worked as an escrow officer, giving her valuable perspective and knowledge to ensure transactions run smoothly from start to finish. When Andrea and Joel aren't at the office or helping clients, they are likely at the baseball field watching their son Indiana play or running to keep up with their three-year-old son James. We were looking for a second home in Arizona and being from the Pacific Northwest we needed some local help when we were referred to Joel. Joel spent a week taking us around to different areas and properties.. We had a short window to find the right place and Joel dedicated his time to ensuring we had properties lined up and was available for questions through out the process as we were unfamiliar with the Phoenix areas. After we finally found the right place Joel made sure all the details were covered through to closing and was instrumental in getting things signed and scheduled on time.
